Every beautiful piece of jewellery purchased from The Poet come with a 6 month warranty effective from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturers faults and defects in the material. We will offer a repair or replacement when the item has been assessed by our quality control team.

Unfortunately, this warranty doesn't cover accidental breakage, loss or general wear and tear including tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery.

The Poet Fine Jewellery only offer exchanges on rings if an incorrect size has been ordered. For all other pieces, a store credit will be issued less shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, please get in touch within 10 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because of hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return. Any item purchased on sale or with use of a discount code is not eligible for return. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
